Chocolate Chia Pudding
1 1/2 Cups Vanilla Almond Milk
1Spoon Chocolate Protein Powder (I’m using – http://bit.ly/2cg4K1A)
1/3 Cup Chia Seeds
Add a spoonful of chocolate powder to almond milk. Add chia seeds to Almond milk mixture and mix thoroughly. Refrigerate for at least 8 hours. Remove and mix well. Add berries as desired.
Ginger Green Tea
2tsp Minced Ginger
2tsp Green Tea
1tbsp Raw Honey
1/2 tsp Turmeric
1 tbsp Raw Honey
2 tsp Minced Ginger
Pan Roasted Salmon w/ White Beans & Kale
Wild Alaskan Salmon
1 Glove Garlic
1/2 White Onion
1 Clove Garlic
1 Cup White Beans
3 Cups Water
Thyme (to taste)
Red Pepper Flakes (to taste)
1/2 Red Onion
1 Bunch Kale
In a medium saucepan cook the onions, garlic, and thyme in a tablespoon of olive oil. Add the white beans with the water and let simmer for 30-45 minutes, or until beans are soft. Once cooked add chopped red onion, parsley & kale.
Add a tablespoon of Olive oil to a small/ medium sauté pan.
Add the Salmon, rosemary and garlic and cook each side for about 2 minutes or until fully cooked.
Plate with Salmon on top of white beans.
