Dinner Recipes
These dishes are one-pot recipes that you could try out for dinner for your family. First one is Mixed Noodles, with a blend of so many ingredients added. And it’s completely unto you to substitute the chicken franks and shrimp nuggets with some other like cooked chicken or cooked prawns or any. The other one is Mutton roast. You could also try these with chicken or beef. I have used boneless, you could substitute with bones. It’s a little on the spicy side. If your not a spicy fan, then reduce the spices to half and add to the dish.

MIXED NOODLES :

Chinese noodles – 200 gram
Olive oil – 3 – 4 tbsp
Garlic – 4 – 5 cloves
Green Chillies – 4 – 5
Cabbage – 1 – 2 cups shredded
Capsicum – 1 medium
Mushroom – 5 – 6 sliced
Egg – 3 beaten with salt & pepper
Chicken franks – 3 – 4 sliced
Left over shrimp nuggets – 4 – 5 sliced
Thick Soya sauce – 1 – 2 tbsp
Red chilly sauce – 3 – 4 tbsp
Tomato ketchup – 2 tbsp
Vinegar – 1 tbsp
Salt

SPICY PEPPER MUTTON PASTA

Mutton – 1 kg boneless
Onion – 1 large cubed
salt
Mutton stock – 1 – 2 cups
Pasta – any type – 3 cups cooked with some salt
Ghee – 2 tsp
Fresh Fenugreek leaves / Methi leaves – 1 cup chopped
Oil – 2 – 3 tbsp
Ginger – medium size chopped
Tomato – 2 medium size chopped
Spice powder – Reduce to half quantity to lessen the spiciness
Cumin seeds – 1 tbsp
Black peppercorns – 1 tbsp
Whole coriander seeds – 2 tbsp
Kashmiri red chilly powder – 1 tbsp or half
Turmeric powder – 1/2 – 1 tsp
Spring onion – a few
