Anjali Mukerjee stressed that the deficiency of vitamin D is a matter of growing health concern today and although sunshine is the best source of vitamin D, for people who do not get enough sunlight, fish can be a very good source to make up for the deficiency of vitamin D.
This excellent spice rubbed fish is amongst high calcium recipes and gets prepared quickly using very common Indian spices like coriander powder, chilli flakes and bell peppers.
Spinach is also used in this recipe which adds to its health advantage, as spinach is a rich source of calcium. Anjali Mukerjee explains that this simple recipe of fish gives you omega3 that helps in keeping you healthy in a lot of ways. Eating fish is especially great for children as it has DHA that assists in brain development and for breastfeeding mothers as it helps in lactation.
