1/2 Red&Yellow Bell Peppers, chopped
1/2 Onion, chopped
Green Chillies, chopped
4 Bread slices
In a bowl add eggs, onion, bell peppers, coriander, onion, salt, bell pepper and mix well.
Cut the bread slices in a triangular shape and then dip them into the egg mixture.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the dipped bread on it.
Add some extra egg mixture on the bread slices while you are frying them.
Once they are fried on both sides, take them out on a serving plate.
Our quick and easy Bread Omlete is ready to eat.
