Stuffed Rava / Suji Idli

INGREDIENTS:
Rava – 1 cup
Chillies – 2
Ginger – 1 inch
Water – 2.5 cups
Peas – 1 cup
Garlic – 5-6 cloves
Onion – 1 small
Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
Crushed coriander seeds – 1 tsp
Asafoetida – a pinch
Oil – 2 tbsp
Garam masala – ½ tsp
Cumin powder – 1 tsp
Coriander – to garnish

Steamed Rava / Suji Bondas
INGREDIENTS:
Rava – 1 cup
Chillies – 2
Ginger – 1 inch
Water – 2.5 cups
Oil – 2 tbsp
Dry red chillies – 1 or 2
Curry leaves – 5-7
Cumin – 1 tsp
Mustard – 1 tsp
Urad dal – 1 tbsp
Asafoetida – a pinch
Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric – ¼ tsp
Salt – to taste

Rava Idli

INGREDIENTS:
Rava – 1 cup (roasted)
Yogurt – ½ cup
Water – 1 cup
Oil – 1 tbsp
Ghee – 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
Urad dal – 1 tbsp
Curry leaves – 5-8 (chopped up)
Green chillies – 1 or 2
Ginger – 1 inch
Carrot – 1 small (grated)
Coriander – a bunch
Salt – to taste
Baking soda – ½ tsp
