1-Alum chatney:-
1/2 cup oil
1 tsp urad dal
1/2 tsp fenugreek seeds
1 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 cup curry leaves
4 inches ginger
6 dried red chillies
1/4 tsp asafoetida
1/4 cup roasted gram/dalwa
1 tsp coriander seeds
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp jaggery
1 cup tamarind
salt to taste
1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
2-coconut chatney:-
1 cup fresh coconut
1/2 cashews/roasted peanuts
3 green chillies
1 inch ginger
5 garlic cloves
salt to taste
1/2 cup curd
coriander leaves
FOR TEMPERING:-
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp mustard seeds
curry leaves
2 dried red chillies
3-dosa:-
1 cup rice
1 cup moong dal
water
ice cube
