Instant breakfast or snack
Today series we are going to make a simple breakfast recipe. You can even have it as a evening snacks. Let’s look into the ingredients and preparation.
1. Eggs – 2
2. Sugar – 1/2 cup
3. Rava – 1 cup
4. Salt to taste
5. Cardomam powder – 1/4th teaspoon
6. Grated coconut – 1/2 cup
1. Take a bowl And add two eggs along with half cup of sugar and mix it well.
2. Now add one cup of rava, pinch of salt and quarter cup of cardomam powder along with grated coconut and nice it well.
3. Add some water and make it as a idly batter consistency.
4. Now take a pan and add one teaspoon of ghee and Pour a batter and stream it for one minute.
5. Now again flip it to the other side and stream it for one minute.
6. Here is our simple and easy dish is ready to serve.
