For Mid Morning Snack:

Fruits give you extra nutrition. you can make this parfait with any seasonal fruits. Its best to use seasonal fruits and vegetables as they are picked at the right time and hence have more nutrition in them. For Lunch:

Here, we have packed a Pasta in Roasted Carrot & Red Pepper Sauce which is a delicious creamy pasta loaded with nutrients. Another dish which is eat to make. You can add more vegetables in the dish to pack more nutrition.

For Evening Snack:
