Lunch Recipes
This is a special video of a complete cooking for a special veg lunch, with 17 Items. This measurements will be enough for 4 to 6 person.

Menu

Sakarai Pongal
1/2 cup rice (100 gm) 1 cup jaggery.

Fruits honey salad
2 banana, 4 pieces jack fruit, 1 mango.

Masal vadai
1 cup Pattani parrupu (250 gm)

Pall payasam
1 cup Semiya, 1 cup sugar, 3/4 liter milk.

Peas pulav
1 cup rice ( seraka samba or basumathi 250 gm), green peas 1 cup, coconut 3 tbs.

Rice
1 cup (250 gm,.. For 3 person)

Dhal
Thuvar dhal 3/4 cup ( 200 gm ) for both dhal and sambar.

Murrungai Kai sambar
1 murrungai Kai, 10 small onions, tamarind amla size ( use only first pulp, rest for rasam)

Mangai vendaya kulambu
1 raw mango, tamarind amla size ( use only first pulp, rest for rasam)

Parrupu rasam
2 tomato, dhal water, tamarind use the left over used for kulambu and sambar. ( 1/2 liter rasam

Pudalngai Kootu
1 small pudalangai, 4 tbs moong dhal.

Mutaikoss poriyal
200 gm muttaikoss, 1 carrot, little green peas, little moong dhal.

Potato pepper fry
3/4 kg potato.

Puthina thuvayal
Mint 1 cup, curry and Coriander leaves 1/2 cup, coconut 4 tbs.

Appalam Vadagam

Curd
250 ml curd. ( 6 small cups)

Masala more
250 ml curd, made to 1 liter more.

All measurements will be enough for 5,6 person. Plain rice you can adjust according to members. 250 gm will be enough for 3 members.
