METHOD FOR MAKING CHAPATI PIZZA RECIPE:
1. Wheat Flour – 1 cup
2. Pizza sauce/ Tomato sauce – 2 teaspoons
3. Grated cheese- 1/2 cup
4. Grated carrots – 1/2 cup
5. Capsicum- 1/2 cup
6. Pepper – 1 teaspoon
7. Salt – 1 teaspoon
8. Oil/Ghee – 2 teaspoons
To a bowl, add wheat flour, a pinch of salt and make it into a soft dough by sprinkling it with water as shown. Oil also could be added. Close the lid and let it sit for 10 minutes. To make the chepathis, take a little dough, Roll it into a ball and press it as shown. Heat a pan and put the prepared chepathi on it. Don’t let it cook for long, when small bubbles start to form on the chepathi, flip it. Either cut off the stove or put it on the lowest flame and apply the pizza sauce on half of the chepathi. Any sauce could be used instead of pizza sauce. Sprinkle grated cheese and grated carrot on top of sauce. Add capsicum pieces. Other ingredients like tomatoes, onions also could be used as toppings. Sprinkle salt and pepper on the toppings as shown. Other seasonings like chilli flakes, origano could also be used. Fold the chepathi in half as shown. Grease the chepathi with oil or ghee on both sides. Cook the chepathi for about 2 minutes on both sides. Take this into a plate and cut it with a pizza cutter or knife.
