INGREDIENTS FOR BREAKFAST RECIPES
💜MATCHA CHIA PUDDING
1/3 BANANA
2tsp CINNAMON
1tsp MATCHA WITH LIONS MANE & GINGER
1tsp STEVIA
1Tbs COCONUT MILK POWDER
3Tbs CHIA SEEDS
1 CUP WATER

Blend ingredients and pour into mason jar. Allow to thicken at least 30minutes. Add toppings of your choosing.

💜TOFU SCRAMBLE
1BLOCK TOFU
1/2 CUP SLICED MUSHROOMS
1/2 WHITE ONION
1/4 CUP SLICE CHERRY TOMATOES
OREGANO
CUMIN
CILANTRO, AVOCADO, AND LIME SLICE FOR GARNISH

💜BREAKFAST QUINOA
1 CUP QUINOA
1/4 CUP CHOPPED WALNUTS
1/`2 CUP RAISINS
1 CUP COCONUT MILK (OR 1 CUP WATER + 3TBS COCONUT MILK POWDER)
1 CUP WATER

Add all the ingredients to Cosori multicooker. Quick on multigrain setting, adjusting time to six minutes. Allow to slow release before removing lid and serving.
