दोस्तों ये बहोतही हेल्थी और टेस्टी नास्ता आपके बच्चो के टिफिन में एक अच्छा पर्याय है। इसमें लगनेवाली सामग्री घर में आसानीसे उपलब्ध होती है । इसे आप लंच या रात के खाने में बना सकते हो । बच्चों के लिए सिर्फ इसमें कटी हुई हरी मिर्च ना डाले । और एक बात, ये झटपट बननेवाली रेसिपी है तो सुबह या शाम में अगर आपको क्या ब्रेकफास्ट बनाये ये सवाल है तो गेहू के आटे की रेसिपी जरूर बनाये

Dosto ye bahot hi healthy and testy breakfast apke baccho ke tiffin me ak achha option hai. Isme maine lagnevale ingredient ghar me easily available hote hai. Ise aap lunch aur dinner me bhi bana sakate ho. Kids ke liye sirf isme chopped green chili avoid karna.
Aur ak baat, ye zatpat banane vali recipe hai so subah agar apko quick breakfast ke bare me soch rahe ho to ye recipe jarur banaye.

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup wheat flour
2 tablespoon semolina
2 tablespoon gram flour
1 and 1/2 warm water (so here for 3/4 cup flour 1 cup + 1 tablespoon water)
Finely chopped onion
2 finely chopped green chillies
1/4 cup finely chopped coriander leaves
1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
Salt to taste
