Cream (chilled)(sweet) 400ml or 2 cups
Digestive Biscuits 12 cookies
Pineapple pieces 1 small tin
Pineapple juice 1/2 cup
Kismis 1/4 cup (optional)
Take cream and beat it to soft peaks.
Dip biscuits in a juice and give a layer in a bowl.
Add cream over it and spread cashew and pineapple pieces over it.
Repeat the process and decorate with crushed biscuits and pineapple.
Place in fridge for 2 ,3 hours and then serve.
Serve 2,3 persons.
