4 tbsp oil
¼ tsp mustard seeds
¼ tsp cumin seeds
1/8 tsp asafetida (hing)
¼ carom seeds (ajwain)
¼ nigella seeds (kalongi)

2 medium chopped tomatoes
1 inch chopped ginger
3 cloves of garlic
3 soaked dry red chili
1 tsp coriander powder
½ tsp garam masala
½ tsp kashmiri red chili powder
30 grams cilantro leaves
Salt to taste
600 ml water
