This is a simple yet delicious recipe that can be prepared even by beginners.
1 tbsp ghee, 0.5 tsp fennel seed, 0.25 cup green peas, 0.25 cup potatoes, 0.25 cup carrots, 0.25 cup beans, 5-6 garlic cloves, salt to taste, 0.25 tsp turmeric powder, 0,25 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder, 0.25 tsp coriander powder, 0.25 tsp garam masala powder, 1 cup basmati rice, 1 tbsp thick curd, 1.5 cup water
1 cup curd, 0.5 cup fresh milk, salt to taste, 0.5 tsp green chilli, 1 tbsp grated carrot, 0.5 tbsp grated ginger, curry leaves, 1 cup boiled rice, 1 tbsp ghee, 0.5 tsp mustard seed, 0.25 tsp black gram, 0.25 tsp thuvar dal, 1 dry chilly
2 tbsp oil, 0.5 tsp cumin seed, 1 cup sliced cabbage, 1 tsp green chili, 0.5 tsp turmeric powder, 0.25 tsp cumin seed powder, curry leaves, 1 cup boiled rice, salt to taste
EGG FRIED RICE:
2 eggs, 2 tbsp onion, 2 tbsp carrot, 3-4 garlic cloves, 2 tbsp beans, 2 tbsp oil, salt to taste, 0.5 tsp black pepper powder, 0.5 tsp soy sauce, 1 cup boiled rice, spring onion
