Breakfast Recipes
Ingredients:
Suji – 1 cup
Curd – 1/2 cup
Water – 1 cup
Salt to taste
Cooking Oil – 3 to 4 tbsp
Mustard Seeds – 1 tsp
Cashew Nuts(chopped0 – 1 tbsp
Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp
Urad Dal – 1 tsp
Grated Ginger – 1 tsp
Green Chillies(chopped) – 2
Curry Leaves – 1 sprig
Grated Carrot – 3 tbsp
Coriander Leaves(chopped) – 1 tbsp
Baking Soda – 1/2 tsp

2.Wheat Flour Dosa:
Wheat Flour – 1 cup
Rice Flour – 1/2 cup
Onions(chopped) – 2 medium size
Cooking Oil
Water
Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp
Green Chillies(chopped) – 2
Salt to taste or 1 tsp
Coriander Leaves(chopped) – 1 tbsp

3.Poha Upma:
Poha – 100gms or 2 cups
Ground Nuts – 50 gms or 1/2 cup
Cooking Oil – 2 tbsp
Onions(chopped) – 2 medium size
Capsicum(chopped) – 2 tbsp
Coriander Leaves(chopped) – 1 tbsp
Curry Leaves – 8 to 10
Green Chillies(slitted) – 2
Lemon Juice – 1 tbsp or 1/2 lemon
Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste or 3/4 tsp
Gram Dal – 1/2 tsp
Urad Dal – 1/2 tsp
Mustard Seeds – 1/2 tsp

4. Pongal:
Rice – 1 cup or 100 gms
Moong Dal – 1 cup or 100 gms
Cashew Nuts – 10
Grated Ginger – 2 tsp
Pepper Corns – 1 tsp
Pepper Powder – 1/2 tsp
Ghee – 3 tbsp
Curry Leaves – 2 sprigs
Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp
Water

5. Tomato Dosa:
Rice Flour – 1/2 cup
Suji – 1/2 cup
Wheat Flour – 1/4 cup
Tomatoes(chopped) – 3
Onions(chopped) – 1 medium size
Coriander Leaves(chopped) – 2 tbsp
Ginger – 1 inch
Red Chillies – 3
Salt to taste or 1 tsp
Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp
Cooking Oil – 3 to 4 tbsp
