I’ve missed you guys! I had a little issue with my fitness video, the footage from part of the video was corrupted so I’m re-filming everything this week. Instead I wanted to share Part 2 of What I Eat in a Day with you guys. After reading all the comments I thought it would be nice to share a couple more of my favorite healthy recipes that I make at home to stay in shape. Also, many of you asked about my ideas on diets so I tried to discuss my thoughts in this video with you guys.
