Required ingredients-
Rava (sooji) – 2½ cup
Dahi (curd) – 1 cup
Potato – 250 gms
Salt- 1 teaspoon
Eno (fruit salt)- 1 pouch (5 gms)
Oil- 2 teaspoon
Jeera (Cumin seeds)- ½ teaspoon
Hing (asafoetida)- 2 pinch
Green chilli – one (fine chopped)
Onion- one (chopped)
Curry leaves – 8 to 10
Haldi (turmeric) powder-½ teaspoon
Red chilli powder- ½ teaspoon
Dhaniya (coriander) powder- 1 teaspoon
Amchur (dry mango powder) -½ teaspoon
