INGREDIENTS:

1. Oats Chilla

½ cup oats
2 tbsp semolina
1/2 Cup Water
2 tbsp Carrot, finely chopped
1 tbsp red bell pepper, finely chopped
1 tbsp yellow bell pepper, finely chopped
1 tbsp green capsicum, finely chopped
½ tsp Ginger, grated
1 tbsp Onion, finely chopped
Coriander leaves, chopped
1 tbsp french beans, finely chopped
2 tbsp spring onions, finely chopped
½ tsp red chilly powder
½ tsp turmeric powder
½ tsp cumin seed
½ tsp carom seed
Salt to taste
Oil for cooking

2. Vegetable Idli

To make the batter:
½ cup semolina
3 tbsp yogurt
½ tsp salt
Water as required
Eno as required

For vegetables
1 tsp oil
1 tbsp Yellow mustard seeds
Few sprig curry leaves
2 tbsp Onion, thinly sliced
2 tbsp Carrot, thinly sliced
2 tbsp yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
2 tbsp capsicum, thinly sliced
1 tbsp french beans, finely chopped
Spring Onions
Salt to taste
1 tsp Black pepper
½ tsp red chilly powder
Coriander leaves, chopped
1 tsp Lemon juice

3. Chena ki sandwich

4 slices Brown Bread
Green chutney/tomato ketchup as required
Butter as required

For stuffing:
100 grams Chena, crumbled
¼ cup cucumber, grated
¼ cup carrot, grated
1 tsp green capsicum, finely chopped
1 tsp red bell pepper, finely chopped
1 tsp yellow bell pepper, finely chopped
Coriander leaves, finely chopped
¾ tsp Oregano
½ tsp Black pepper powder
Salt to taste

4. Vegetable Pulao

½ cup Soaked Rice
2 tsp oil
½ tsp Cumin seeds
¼ tsp Yellow Mustard seeds
Few sprig curry leaves
½ tsp ginger, grated
1/8 cup Onion, finely chopped
2 tbsp Carrot, finely chopped
2 tbsp yellow bell pepper, finely chopped
2 tbsp Green capsicum, finely chopped
2 tbsp red bell pepper, finely chopped
2 tbsp French beans, finely chopped
2 tbsp green peas, boiled
2 tbsp sweet corn kernels, boiled
Salt to taste
Red chilly powder
1 Cup Water
Lemon juice
Spring onions
Coriander leaves, chopped

5. Soybean Paratha

2 cups wheat flour
½ tsp salt
Water as required
For stuffing:
½ cup soya granules
1 tsp oil
¼ tsp Cumin Seeds
½ Cup Onion, Chopped
1/2 tsp ginger, grated
1 piece green chilly, chopped
¼ tsp red chilly powder
½ tsp Mango powder
Salt to taste
coriander leaves, chopped

6. Vermicelli Upma

120 grams vermicelli
2 tsp oil
¾ tsp mustard seeds
Few sprig curry leaves
2 pieces green chilly, finely chopped
¼ cup potato, finely chopped
¼ cup Carrot, finely chopped
¼ cup French beans, finely chopped
¼ cup Onion, finely chopped
¼ cup green capsicum, finely chopped
2 tbsp red bell pepper, finely chopped
2 tbsp Green peas, boiled
Salt to taste
½ tsp red chilly powder
¾ tsp Black pepper powder
2 tsp Lemon juice
2 tbsp spring onions
Freshly chopped coriander leaves
