– Foil Packet Shrimp Boil
1/2 cup peewee potatoes, halved
1 ear corn, cut into fourths
6 jumbo shrimp
4 1/2-inch slices andouille sausage
1 sprig thyme
1/2 lemon, quartered
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
2 tablespoons pale ale
Hot sauce and parsley, to serve

– Pizza Baked Potatoes
4 russet potatoes
2 cups pizza sauce
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/4 cup pepperoni
2 tablespoons basil, minced
2 teaspoons dried oregano
2 teaspoons chili flakes

– Carbonara
7 ounces spaghetti
2 eggs
1 yolk
1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
1.7 ounces bacon
Black pepper

– Chicken Alfredo
1 chicken breast cut into strips
10.6 ounces heavy cream
1 egg yolk
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Black pepper
Chopped parsley
8.8 ounces fettuccine

– Sea Bass, Asparagus & Lemon One Sheet Pan Meal
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 lemon, sliced
3 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
2 (6-ounce) sea bass fillets
1 pound fresh asparagus, trimmed

– Chicken, Butternut Squash & Brussels Sprouts Single Sheet-Pan Meal
1 medium butternut squash, peeled and diced
1 pound brussels sprouts, ends removed and sliced in half 1/2 yellow onion, diced
1 lemon, thinly sliced (seeds removed)
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoon olive oil, divided
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon sea salt, divided
1 teaspoon ground pepper, divided
8 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon ground paprika
1/4 teaspoon dried ginger
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dried sage

– Honey Thyme Glazed Pork Chop
1/4 cup chicken broth
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon picked thyme leaves, chopped
3 cloves garlic, smashed
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Pork chop:
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
4 bone-in center-cut pork chops (3/4 inch thick)
1 tablespoon butter
