Searing fish might seem intimidating, but once you get the hang of it, it'll be your favourite way to make quick and tasty dishes😋 Recipe below👇 HONEY GARLIC SALMON | serves 2 INGREDIENTS: 400g salmon fillets 1 tsp salt 1 tsp pepper 1 tsp paprika powder 2 tbsp butter 3 garlic cloves, minced 2 tbsp soy sauce juice from 1/2 lemon 2 tbsp honey To serve: rice steamed veggies METHOD: 1️⃣ Season salmon fillets with salt, pepper and paprika powder. 2️⃣ Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add butter and garlic and cook for 3 mins while stirring. Pour in soy sauce, lemon juice and honey. 3️⃣ Add the fish and cook for 3-4 mins on each side. Serve right away with rice and steamed veggies. KRISSLOVESFOOD TIPS: 👨‍🍳 Use Tofu instead of salmon and maple syrup instead of honey to make this vegan🌱 👨‍🍳 Instead of rice you can use quinoa, cauliflower rice or noodles😋

– Creamy Chicken Penne Pasta:
4 slices bacon
2 chicken breasts, sliced
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon paprika
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups spinach (80 g)
4 small tomatoes, diced
1 ½ cups cream (360 mL)
1 cup shredded parmesan cheese, plus more for serving (100 g)
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes, plus more for garnish
10 oz penne pasta, cooked until al dente (285 g)
3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

– Garlic Butter Baked Chicken Breast:
3 boneless skinless chicken breasts — about 1 lb
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
4 tbsp grass-fed butter — melted — use Ghee if you’re doing Whole30
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 tablespoon fresh parsley — chopped
2 cloves garlic — minced
1 tbsp. olive oil — extra virgin

– One-Pan Miso Honey Salmon:
2 tablespoons white miso paste
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ginger, grated
Pepper, to taste
3 oz salmon, 2 fillets (85 g)
½ bunch asparagus, trimmed
1 large baby bok choy, halved lengthwise
Olive oil, to taste
Salt, to taste
Brown rice, cooked, for serving, optional
Sesame seeds, for garnish

– Honey Garlic Salmon:
400g salmon fillets
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp paprika powder
2 tbsp butter
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp soy sauce
Juice from 1/2 lemon
2 tbsp honey

To serve:
Rice
Steamed veggies

– Shrimp and Avocado Taco Salad:
2 tablespoons oil
1 lb medium shrimp, peeled and deveined (455 g)
1 large head romaine lettuce, chopped
4 tomatoes, diced
½ jalapeño, deseeded and finely diced, optional
¼ red onion, finely diced
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, minced
1 large avocado, diced
½ teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons lime juice, or 1 lime

Taco Seasoning:
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon dried oregano
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon chili powder

– Spicy Chicken Bowls:
4 medium free-range organic chicken breasts
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil — divided
1 tablespoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon onion powder
¼ teaspoon ground coriander
⅛ teaspoon crushed red pepper
Salt and pepper
2 cups broccoli — chopped
3 cups green beans — chopped

FOR THE MASHED CAULIFLOWER:
1 medium cauliflower — cut into florets
½ clove garlic
1 teaspoon clarified butter or ghee — use more for a large cauliflower head
1 teaspoon mayo — use more for a large cauliflower head
Salt and black pepper to taste

– One Pan Chicken And Veggies:
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 large sweet potato, diced
1 head broccoli, or large bag of broccoli florets
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons fresh rosemary
1 tablespoon paprika
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
